Recipe 3: Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
I used a recipe that I don't remember what magazine I got it from. Just oatmeal, bananas, and applesauce. I left out the chocolate chips from the recipe.

Recipe 97: Mini Breakfast Burrito Bowls
I used this recipe. I just did frozen potatoes and eggs in a skillet with the seasoning that came with the taco bowls kit. I topped with the sauce from kit, shredded cheese, and sour cream

Recipe 84: Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
I used this recipe. I used oats instead of oat flour, unsweetened vanilla almond milk for the milk, and frozen bananas instead of ice.

Recipe 21: PB&J French Toast
I used this recipe. Overall enjoyed it, but not really worth the effort as it's hard and messy to really get them stuffed and could get the same taste just adding peanut butter and jelly on french toast...

Recipe 20: Blender Banana Oatmeal Muffins
I used this recipe. As I don't have a blender, I used my electric hand mixer. It was a little difficult to get the bananas mixed in, but maybe only an extra minute or two and probably had more to do with them not being ripe enough. I also added raisins. Overall easy and tasty (like handheld oatmeal). I will probably make again perhaps with different mix-ins.

Recipe 19: Strawberry Chocolate Chip Scones
I used this recipe. Overall tasty, but too much stirring work to be something I'd make again even though my bro did say this is his favorite recipe so far this year. I feel like it could've used more strawberries even after we added about 50 percent more than the recipe calls for. It also needed several extra tablespoons of heavy whipping cream to stick together.

Recipe 18: Peanut Butter Pancake Muffins
I used this recipe. I substituted almond milk for the milk as that's what I had currently. Very easy and tasty.

Recipe 3: Banana Pancake Dippers
I used the recipe here. They tasted good, but didn't really come out that great. Probably should've made the batter thicker using less than the recommended amount of water on the package instructions.
For my bro, I topped them with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

Recipe 1: Egg Crescent Squares
I made a variation of this Bacon and Egg Crescent Squares recipe. Mainly, I skipped the bacon. Since I was just going with what we had and we only 3 eggs, I made them half size to end up with 3 squares and two cheesy crescent rolls using one crescent roll can. Also, instead of using fresh parsley or basil, I used dill and oregano seasonings.
Overall they made a tasty breakfast. It was difficult to get the eggs to stay in the crescent square, but I think it's just because I made them half size. I even had fixed it the one that fell out and it was fine when I closed the oven door, but it still escaped again while cooking.
