This recipe I made up on Friday while making stuff for my Opening Ceremonies party. The Olympic Rings Mini Bagels are made with a variety of toppings. The blue I did with blue colored cream cheese. The yellow was done with honey. The black I did with blackberry jam. The red I did with strawberry jam, although my jam was more orange than red. The green I did with mint jelly. I also did some green ones with cream cheese and green olives. Very easy and fun Olympic themed snack.
